Some such incidents happen in every person's life, which are either very inspiring, from which everyone can learn something or such horrific events, which teach a lesson to people. Such incidents also happen in our society. But not everyone knows the ability to present these events in front of them. Some selected faces of our society who have the courage to present these events in front of everyone are known as bloggers. Blogging is a platform of digital marketing, where a person displays his/her mind as a mirror in front of the society according to his/her point of view and with his thoughts excited by his/her conscience.

Though blogging, one cannot just express his/her opinions with their neighborhood, but instead share it globally.Blogging is an art through which one can share their views with the world. I, too, had thought about blogging many times, but after much thought I started blogging in lockdown period of COVID-19 pandemic. I got to learn a lot in this, and I am still learning blogging. If you think that you have the desire to write something which will be beneficial for the society, then I think you should come forward. You should remove your fear from your mind and put your statement in front of the society. Because until you think only, you will not be able to do anything. Once you step forward, you will find the path yourself. Because someone has said- “Thinkers get only that much of hard workers leave.

A beautiful line from famous Indian writer Mr. Shiv Kheda's book 'you can sell" is-"This world rewards your results, not your efforts." It means that you want to succeed in something. Whatever hard work you have done, but if you are not successful, people will not give any importance to your efforts. On the other hand, if you are successful, even if you have not taken more effort and you are success, then you respect in the society will increase. In blogging, the writer has to connect to the reader. Because when they read your article, their interest will only developed if you are able to relate with the reader and not maked to fill bore .When you read the article of good content writer/blogger, then your interest will developed to read more and more.

Impact of COVID-19 on employment

We have to do something in order to keep ourselves moving and to earn our own living in society. A person who works in any industry may it be small scale or large scale is an essential part of the society, who along with the society, makes a significant contribution towards the development of society and country. Just think, a person goes to work every day according to his daily routine and suddenly he/she has been terminated from job. Something similar happened during this lockdown.

According to m.economictimes.com, 27 million youth in age group of 20-30 years lost their jobs in month of April 2020.

In the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have been stripped of their jobs. People were forced to live in their homes. In this pandemic, people were dying from hunger. Not judge the small workers and labourers but also the high profile people who earn in tripple figure also suffered during the COVID-19 lockdown due to their absence of job. The central and state governments did help, but the people did not get as much help as their requirements.Economic conditions of the each company are in bad conditions.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be such a widespread impact on the entire country due to the clowning, perhaps no one would have thought it. Some  Companies who could offer working from home have asked their employees to  "work from home" which is new style of working that was more recognition during lockdown.Attending meetings through applications like  Zoom,Webex and Google Hangouts. At this time poors where worst affected because they are dependent on daily wedges.

The importance of a job is known to a person when he/she is unable to get any job if needed, otherwise he/she is sitting vacant when he/she is removed from the job. The central and state governments have given the people the confidence of jobs and you must have seen in many places that the work of 'MANREGA' is going on. Many NGOs have also come forward who have openly helped the needy people.

It becomes our duty to all of us as citizens of the country to help the needy people. It is a responsibility to not removed then from their jobs, but give them some basic salaries. So,that they remain with the organization and in the coming time they could be an asset to the company. The citizens of the country should always support each other when dealing from any such calamity or disaster because we together can solve the problem instead of fighting with individual.

Tensions Between India and China

These good and sweet words that we speak are so important that they are sold in crores and if the wrong words come out of our mouths (which we should not have spoken), then the words could have caused family discord, civil war, cold war and even like Mahabharata. Therefore, words should be spoken with a lot of thinking and weighing with conscience.

India became independent on 15 August 1947 and since then, the border dispute between China & India and Pakistan & India has not been resolved. On one side of the border lines LOC (Line Of Control-Known as Radcliffe Line) which is between India and Pakistan and on the other side LAC (Line Of Actual Control-Known as McMahon Line) which is between India and China. Till now, there was war between Pakistan and India in 1965, 1971 and 1999, and war between China and India  in 1962 and 1967. War leads to loss on both sides and the same happened in these wars. The economic situation staggers on both the sides. Pakistan and China never accept their border line with India and it is also a fact that Pakistan and China have always tried to harass and show down Indian economy and its development. But if a person tries to do someone down then the other person rises as much.

In the present time, China has again started the action on India's border, which it has been doing every time. The situation has become very serious due to the cowardice action by China in the Galwan Valley on 14 June 2020. Even before this, China has done mirror work in Doklam Valley. China's bullying of India every time it cost them dearly, this time when the soldiers of India gave a befitting reply to protect their motherland. Even this time the soldiers did not sacrifice their life and I salute the mytrus of this clashes.

Some of the reasons why China has differences with India are: -

(1.) In the present time, India's GDP is growing very fast and becoming the sixth economy of the world.

(2.) China has been spreading hate towards India because India chooses to raise its voice against China for border disputes and choose to stand up fearlessly

(3.)India has been a huges suppot a no. of countries and been praised for its rapid growth and development.

Image Souce:news18.com

(4.) India's efficient political diplomacy

(5.) India is moving towards self-sufficiency

(6.) Leading many conferences on the world stage

(7.) India has good relations with all the countries around China.

(8.) Openly support for Tibet's independence

(9.) Rapid increase and efficiency of India's military power

(10.) Lobbying to give VETO power to India by member nations in UNO

(11.) Construction of airports and roads by India in Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim,Himachal Pradesh  and several border states.

(12.) India is the youngest country in the world

(13.) To boycott goods made in China by Indians, which will cause loss of several thousand crores to China.

(14.) India speaking against China on COVID-19 pendemic.

According to the Jansatta News Paper, on the night of 14–15 June 20, there was a fierce clash in the Galwan Valley between India and China, in which 20 Indian soldiers were killed and 43 Chinese casualties, including some death. The Indian Army is always committed to safeguarding the integrity and sovereignty of our country.

According of the Jagran News Paper, spokesperson of the British High Commission, UNO general secretary, US State department spokesperson and Russian President, expressed condolences to the soldiers who died in the incident and spoke of resolving the dispute between India and China peacefully.
According to the Amar Ujala news paper, Lebsang Sangay (Chairman, Central Tibet Administration) said - "Until the two sides take the path of non-violence and do not negotiate, it is difficult to maintain peace forever." Because of this problem is happening.

According to the Amar Ujala news paper, 14 no. of countries have borders with China, which is the more in the world. China's border dispute with its neighboring countries keeps on going.

Former Supreme Court Judge Justice Markandey Katju has tweeted, "China has hit our house, Hari Ohm." He has said in another tweet that the Indian government should expel all Chinese companies from India and Commitment should be imposed on the entry of Chinese goods into the Indian market.

At last, I would like to say that now the time has changed, no country should forget to think of India as it was as 70's India, now India is becoming financially, socially and politically efficient country and soon going to be successful as a developing nation. China should now try to resolve the matter.

Nepotism in film industry

Dadasaheb Phalke (Full name-Ghundiraj Dada Saheb Govind Rao Phalke), who is called the 'father of Hindi film industry',would have never thought that one day it will come that in this industry where talent will be forced to knee in the face of nepotism. In today's scenario, nepotism in the film industry has increased tremendously, which is taking it towards the wrong direction. Its winning example is the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput on 14th June 2020.

The purpose of the films made a long time ago was not only to make money, but their main objective was to get such scenes happening in the society that could have a profound effect on our society, they had to come on screen. How to give a better message to the society, these filmmakers used to think. At present, some films fall under this category as an exception, through which society can learn a lot.

Now let us try to understand nepotism.Whenever an actor steps into the film industry it is not possible to find a role immediately. For this they have to struggle a lot. Even the lives of many people seem to be at stake and many feel hopeless. If they keep contact with family members related to film industry or is close to it, then they gets work easily. In this time, nepotism is at its peak. If someone have no no any godfather in this film industry then he/she can't get job easily. On the other hand, if someone has gone from a small town in this industry, and no one is his /her available here for their help, even if he/she is moving forward with full hard work and dedication, people still start suppressing them. Because they feel that if the fresher goes ahead then what will happen to us? Then a highly reputed with shop of nepotism may be closed.

Talent is valued everywhere, and it should be. Due to talent and hard work, a person can become successful if he puts his best efforts and dedication to make its happen. There are some stars in the film industry where people without godfather, yet due to their honor, they have named themselves in the leading category, some of whom are Amitabh Bachchan, Manoj Bajpai, Pankaj Tripathi, Sushant Singh Rajput, Ashutosh Rana, Irrfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Prakash Jha. Along with their hard work, their fate also cannot be denied. Because hard work changes human's entire life by supporting fate.

Film actor Manoj Bajpai ji said in an interview-"This film industry is like a bullion market, where the jeweler make their children sit on the same sit, whether they are able to do this work or not. Due to hard works, some are able to manage the business, and some get the entire capital drowned.''This example fits the film industry perfectly.

One such star aspiring to settle on the moon, in spite of all the merits, had to fall to this nepotism, which is no longer in between and has been away from us forever. This matter is not limited to Sushant Singh Rajput, who made his move towards success by doing 11 films at the age of just 34, without star's kids. Even before this many such incidents have happened. Those who enter the film industry from a normal family do not have any godfather. They move forward due to their hard work, and consider the audience as the godfather. The fans of this actor can be judged from the fact that even due to in-spite rains as well as the order of having a maximum of  50 people  to attend the cremation, a large number of people gathered for that source that huge loves that fans. Many film stars like Ranvir Shorey, Vivek Oberoi, Karan Johar, Kangana Ranaut reacted but what is the use now? Till this is implemented, nothing will happen with just the response.

An actor from Motihari (Bihar), who likewise thought of making his career in the Hindi film industry, had to fall in the situation of nepotism because he had no godfather, as he had no one in the film industry. He looked for work in Bollywood, but everywhere he felt disappointed. After a while, he turned to Hollywood film industry and worked with a lot of passion and perseverance and was successful there. Would you like to know the name of that actor? His name is - Mr. Prabhakar Sharan.

Famous actors like Manoj Bajpai and Nawazuddin Siddiqui get the 'Best Actor Award' in Australia,  but they are not valued in the Indian film industry for which they really deserve. Two-time National award winner Manoj Bajpai even said in an interview - "I got this award because there was no any Indian member in this jury." It is definitely a shame for our film industry.

At last, I would like to say that cinema is a mirror of our society. The talent of the people working in it must be truly appreciated, not of nepotism, only then the Indian film industry will be able to establish its own identity as a great film industry. If we have to raise our voice against nepotism, then together we should remove the growing tree of this illusion from its roots. After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the way people have raised the voice against nepotism on social media presently, it is truly delightful.

How teen's mental health is affected by social distancing?

According to the great Greek philosopher Aristotle"man is a social animal." That is, without society, he/she is neither a settler nor can any of his work go on. To do research on this, a small girl was locked in a room and all the necessary items were provided to her in that room. After 14 years, when the girl got out of the room, it was found that she neither knew to speak nor knew to walk nor could do any activity that humans could do.

In adolescence, man becomes capable of understanding everything. In this pandemic, the activities of all people as well as teenagers have been affected. 'Social distancing' is playing an important role in the measures to avoid this epidemic. You may have seen written on many places - 'Keep a distance of 6 feet' or 'Keep a distance of two yards.'

At the social level too, this pandemic has created quite a rage. Everyone has been asked to stay at home.Individuals in their teens like to hang out with friends of their age for many reasons. For example study, group discussion,  playing. But this epidemic put a lock on everyone. Even up really want to go to play or to hungered outside they can not because this pandemic does not allow them to and they so go only wherever it is necessary.

According to bloomberg.com, a writer in the journal Lesson Child and teenagers's health has reported that interacting with peers between the ages of 10 and 24 is important for brain development and building self-esteem.

Social distancing is a better defense of this pandemic, in which people has post to stay away from their loved ones. This lockdown is a good initiative to stop the spread of virus. School and colleges are closed. Since, month which has laid to bored among students. Their whole time has been scattered. This lockdown has also given teenagers and opportunity to learn a lot through online classes/courses/webniners. Students are also engaging in different types of projects, which is genuinely  a better way of enhancing their skills or upgrading their knowledge in this lockdown. On the other hand, some teenagers are unable to do anything except eating and sleeping. Because they could not understand this time as to how they can use it. Since the children are living in their home, they are becoming very irritable, if this condition continues for a few more months.
'Work from home' is started everywhere. Teenagers also join video classes, webinars and get more benefits from there. In an article on the times of India mentioned (indiamentioned.in) according to the UNICEF (The United Nations Children's Fund) more than 1.5 billion children and young people are impacted due to the closing of schools in 188 countries. For the uninitiated this number accounts for almost 90% of the global student population.

It is also the duty of parents in this situation to become friendly with children, to talk to them, to live in harmony with them, to behave in a friendly manner so that everyone can have a friendly behavior among them. It is also the responsibility of children to consider this time as an opportunity to develop their skills.
