"Jai Shree Ram". A word whose conscience gets delighted only by taking its name. Our whole part of the body will becomes devotional. There are 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu, 'Ramavatar' is one of them. After a long time, that day finally came on 05 August 2020, which we all were waiting from a long time. The program of Bhoomi Poojan was completed in Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) on 05 August 2020 and the foundation stone of the temple was laid.

Ayodhya is a famous city situated on the banks of river Saryu, where Lord Ram was born, who is adorable to all of us. It is said that the first mosque at the site of the temple was the Babri Masjid, which was demolished in 1992, causing controversy for a long time. In the history, we find that in the 15th century, the Mughal Empire built the Ram Janmabhoomi. Built a mosque, Babri Masjid. People of the Hindu faith believe that the mosque was built by demolishing a Hindu temple. In the 1850s too, a violent dispute was born. In 1979, violence also took place regarding the disputed site.

Sompura has been a part of the temple design of over 100 temples worldwide for at least 15 generations. A new design for the Ram temple, with some changes from the original design, was designed by the Sompurites in 2020.

Flood: A Nettle

It is said that whenever man's sin increases in this world, and he starts to tamper more with nature, then God tears his eyes in that condition and these tears take the form of flood. Do not know why man is engaged in disturbing the balance of nature? You must have heard many times that apart from India, many countries are affected by this, while every city of those developed countries is settled with complete planning. India became independent on 15 August 1947, but since then, the flood problem has not been completely resolved. Every year, many states including Bihar also have to face this flood-like crisis.

Recent Post: Bribery Terror

People die in this disaster. The public is badly affected. The crops are ruined. People have to be fascinated to give a grain. This is such a difficult time that people have to live in villages with animals many times. Roads are broken. Due to no electricity, people have to spend nights in darkness. In today's era, mobile which is an important part of the message, which is also difficult to charge.

Governments come and go after completing their tenure, but do not know when these disasters will be completely resolved? Like every year, this year too many trees were uprooted. Situation is such that the roads are not visible all around. The police were swept away with water. The public was completely devastated. Destruction is visible everywhere. Don't know what the above has thought to wreak havoc in this year in 2020? From the beginning of the year till now, there is a havoc of Corona and from above the disaster like flood has created more devastation.

Governments have put forward their hand to help, but have not increased it much to win. Every effort is being made to deliver relief material to the affected people. It is a matter of regret that when relief material is dropped from the helicopter, it is looted to take it. Many times the relief material gets spoiled by falling into the water itself, which is of no use. In the course of distributing relief material, it is also seen that those who should get relief material do not get it, and those who are not really needed, they also go ahead for relief material. The time has come that whenever the sound of a helicopter comes, children as well as older people start running so that they can get some food.

The biggest problem in times of floods is when someone's health worsens. It is also very difficult to reach the hospital from relief camp or from your homes. It is also very difficult to arrange fodder for the animals, as water is visible everywhere and greenery is not visible at all.

The team of NDRF and army personnel helped people in this custom watch as always. The Air Force team also made every effort to distribute relief material. Whatever praise is given to the team of NDRF engaged in relief work, it will be less. There was a moment when a woman was suffering from labor and there was water everywhere. The woman's family members at that time made contact with the team of NDRF and in a few moments the team of NDRF reaches there, and takes the woman to the hospital. But on that vote, that woman gave birth to a newborn baby.

On the one hand we try to save the environment, on the other hand, when the situation worsens, then big trees are cut and placed in a place of high flow of water, so that the speed of water can be reduced somewhat. Some voluntary organizations have also contributed to help people as far as possible. These institutions took the stranded people to the relief camp and provided relief material and food to the people.

When it is known in advance that like every year there will be flood this year, then why this arrangement is not done beforehand. Is it sufficient to provide relief material to the people as much as governments try? There is politics all the time on this flood, is that right? As far as possible, should a person come forward and help people in any calamity? Is he not part of our society, who is in this disaster? You must give your opinion.

Bribery Terror

Perhaps you must have read Munshi Premchandra ji's well-known composition "Namak ka daroga". The sentence in this is - Upper income is a flowing source of water. When Premchandra ji would have written this composition, he might not have thought at all that the corruption will increase so much in the present times that its empire will be established everywhere.

Today, if you go to any department, except for a few, you will be seen many is involved in corruption. Do not know why this bribery is spreading its legs and everyone is getting trapped in this swamp? Surprise is increased even more when you find the institutions that provide valuable services like education and health. Education which has been considered as the right of every citizen of the country, also there is a huge amount to be collected by some institutions in the name of admission. You must have seen this many times in the voice raised by the news channels. Even in big colleges, lakhs of rupees are charged in the name of admission. Education has been commercialized so much at the present time, which seems to end the literal meaning of education. Remember, any person can be a teacher, but not everyone can be a teacher. Because teachers are the ones who teach us with selfless spirit and show us the way to walk on the path of truth.

At present, the story of the hospital is also similar. Today, whenever someone takes admission in the hospital, it becomes very easy to bill with him. Many times it is also learned through newspapers that some hospitals do not get quick entry, and they have to pay money there too. It is really quite embarrassing.

Once I was talking to my friend. He told me that a person in his neighborhood used to work in the army, but he had attained heroism. Since then, many of his family members have been traveling, but his work is not being done due to not paying money. What a sad fact that a person who is inspired by the service of the country, gets recruited in the army and serves his country, today when his family does not get his own money.

Once during my journey in Tran, I met a monk who was going to Vrindavan. He told that to conduct programs abroad, ministers and big people of that country have to pay money, only then the program can be held there. That means we also have to pay for the Bhajan of God. This is indeed a thoughtful subject for all of us.

Has corruption increased so much that it is proving difficult to curb it? We all have to stop it together. We have to pledge that no matter what the situation may be, neither we have to take bribe nor give bribe. If we are able to do this, then it will definitely make a difference.

History is witness that no one ever gets bribe earnings. No matter how much you earn bribe, you can never take anything from this earth. One has to go there empty-handed. Only good and noble deeds done by you will give you respect in the society and this will maintain your existence even after the end of life. You must have seen in your neighborhood that a person has earned a lot of money through bribe or wrong way, but he is not happy for some reasons. You will definitely consider it to know the reason. That person either has to suffer the fruits of karma, his wife has to suffer or his children have to suffer. In this birth itself, you have to end your life by paying the fruits of your deeds. So let's be honest. Do good deeds help the needy people in the society.

Once you step forward, you will find the path yourself. Because someone has said- “Thinkers get only that much of hard workers leave.

On the other hand, if you are successful, even if you have not taken more effort and you are success, then you respect in the society will increase. In blogging, the writer has to connect to the reader. Impact of COVID-19 on employment

We have to do something in order to keep ourselves moving and to earn our own living in society. A person who works in any industry may it be small scale or large scale is an essential part of the society, who along with the society, makes a significant contribution towards the development of society and country. Just think, a person goes to work every day according to his daily routine and suddenly he/she has been terminated from job. Something similar happened during this lockdown.

According to m.economictimes.com, 27 million youth in age group of 20-30 years lost their jobs in month of April 2020.

In the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have been stripped of their jobs. People were forced to live in their homes. In this pandemic, people were dying from hunger. Not judge the small workers and labourers but also the high profile people who earn in tripple figure also suffered during the COVID-19 lockdown due to their absence of job. The central and state governments did help, but the people did not get as much help as their requirements.Economic conditions of the each company are in bad conditions.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be such a widespread impact on the entire country due to the clowning, perhaps no one would have thought it. Some  Companies who could offer working from home have asked their employees to  "work from home" which is new style of working that was more recognition during lockdown.Attending meetings through applications like  Zoom,Webex and Google Hangouts. At this time poors where worst affected because they are dependent on daily wedges.

The importance of a job is known to a person when he/she is unable to get any job if needed, otherwise he/she is sitting vacant when he/she is removed from the job. The central and state governments have given the people the confidence of jobs and you must have seen in many places that the work of 'MANREGA' is going on. Many NGOs have also come forward who have openly helped the needy people.

It becomes our duty to all of us as citizens of the country to help the needy people. It is a responsibility to not removed then from their jobs, but give them some basic salaries. So,that they remain with the organization and in the coming time they could be an asset to the company. The citizens of the country should always support each other when dealing from any such calamity or disaster because we together can solve the problem instead of fighting with individual.
